Arbeitsort: Die Vishay Siliconix Itzehoe GmbH ist ein Entwicklungs- und Produktionsstandort für Leistungstransistoren (Power MOSFET) mit über 550 Mitarbeitenden. Vishay investiert in Itzehoe in eine neue Halbleiter-Chip-Fabrik und erweitert damit künftig die Produktionskapazitäten. Auswertung, Trendanalyse und Ableitung von Maßnahmen (z. B. Partikel, Luftströmung, Filterintegrität) Planung und Durchführung von Schulungen im Bereich Arbeitssicherheit (z. B. Atemschutz) sowie Sensibilisierung für kontaminationskritisches Verhalten Verantwortung für Ordnung, Sicherheit und 5S-Standards inklusive Audits , Abweichungsmanagement und nachhaltiger Verbesserungsmaßnahmen Systematische Identifikation, Analyse und Reduzierung von Kontaminationsquellen (Mensch, Material, Equipment, Prozesse) sowie Unterstützung bei Yield- und Defect-Themen Verantwortung für das Lifecycle-Management der Reinraumkleidung (Spezifikation, Freigabe, Reinigung, Austausch, Qualitätsüberwachung) sowie Sicherstellung der korrekten Nutzung Bewertung und Optimierung von Gowning-Prozessen sowie Material- und Personenschleusen Berücksichtigung ergonomischer und gesundheitlicher Aspekte der Reinraumausstattung (z. B. Kleidung, Schuhe, Klima) Mitarbeit an Projekten wie Produktionserweiterungen, Umbauten und Integration neuer Anlagen unter Sicherstellung der Reinraumanforderungen sowie Unterstützung des 300 mm Ramp-ups Koordination von Schnittstellen zwischen Produktion, Facility Management und Equipment Maintenance inkl. Freigabe und Begleitung reinraumrelevanter Arbeiten Steuerung und Betreuung externer Dienstleister und Fremdfirmen (z. B. Visit our clean room in our 360° tour at Vishay Cleanroom (virtual-spaces.de) What you will be doing: Organisation and delivery of cleanroom training, as well as the ongoing development and training relating to cleanroom standards Ensuring cleanroom operations through measurements, checks and the coordination of cleaning activities, including evaluation, trend analysis and the implementation of corrective measures (e.g. particles, air flow, filter integrity) Planning and delivering training in occupational health and safety (e.g. respiratory protection) and raising awareness of contamination-critical behaviour Responsibility for order, safety and 5S standards, including audits, non-conformance management and sustainable improvement measures Systematic identification, analysis and reduction of sources of contamination (people, materials, equipment, processes), as well as support with yield and defect issues Responsibility for the lifecycle management of cleanroom clothing (specification, approval, cleaning, replacement, quality monitoring) and ensuring correct use Evaluation and optimisation of gowning processes, as well as material and personnel airlocks Consideration of ergonomic and health-related aspects of cleanroom equipment (e.g. clothing, footwear, climate control) Collaboration on projects such as production expansions, refurbishments and the integration of new equipment, whilst ensuring compliance with cleanroom requirements, and support for the 300 mm ramp-up Coordination of interfaces between production, facility management and equipment maintenance, including the approval and supervision of cleanroom-related activities Managing and supervising external service providers and contractors (e.g. cleaning, laundry, maintenance) whilst ensuring defined cleanroom standards are met Supporting the Equipment Maintenance department, as well as undertaking special tasks and standing in for the head of department Ensuring compliance with quality, safety and compliance requirements, including documentation, KPI tracking, audit support and assistance in the event of malfunctions and contamination incidents What you will bring along: A degree in engineering or a natural science subject, or a technician’s or master craftsman’s qualification with relevant professional experience Experience in a cleanroom environment, in production or in technical services would be an advantage Knowledge of health and safety, plant operations and/or facility management would be desirable Good written and spoken German and English Proficiency in using standard IT systems (e.g. MS Office, ideally SAP or comparable systems) A structured, independent and solution-oriented approach to work Strong organisational skills and excellent communication and coordination abilities Ability to work well in a team and assertiveness when dealing with internal and external partners What can we offer you for your talent: Vishay offers a comprehensive suite of benefit programs including health care coverage, financial support programs and other resources designed to help you achieve your personal and professional goals.
