Hollywood Branded is on the hunt for an experienced Client Account Manager to be our next Pop Culture Rockstar! As a Client Account Manager at our Redondo Beach location reporting to a Brand Partnerships Director, you'll own the execution of client campaigns and be the day-to-day steward of the relationship, the person who makes sure every deliverable lands exactly as promised, on schedule, and to spec, ensuring that our clients trust and enjoy working with us. You'll also lead a team of Coordinators, guiding their day-to-day work and making sure they're set up for success. You'll be a confident, friendly presenter and communicator in client meetings, the first line of client communication when something needs attention, updating, or troubleshooting, and the person your Coordinators look to for direction and support. Our match is someone who has a drive for relationship building, organization and follow-through, and thrives on keeping multiple projects moving forward. This role requires a passion for pop culture (and also for office dogs!), since you'll be coordinating work across every content platform and entertainment partnership type: movies, TV shows, and celebrities included. I own it.” Who We're Looking For You have a Bachelor's degree (or higher) in marketing, communications, business, or a related field You have 5+ years’ experience in the brand partnership, entertainment marketing, or influencer marketing space, ideally at an agency You have experience managing or mentoring junior team members and are comfortable being the go-to for a small team You're a strong, confident, friendly presenter and communicator, equally comfortable in a client meeting, on a virtual call or briefing your team You're organized and stay on top of your work without needing to be chased You want to grow — and help Hollywood Branded grow too! Your Super Powers Include Competence to own campaign execution from kickoff through completion, ensuring deliverables, timelines, and expectations are consistently met Skill at translating strategy set by Directors and leadership into clear, actionable plans for your team to execute against Ability to lead, direct, and support a team of Coordinators — assigning work, overseeing quality, and helping them grow Talent for nurturing and building client relationships over time, so clients see HB as a true partner, not just a vendor Confidence presenting to clients, whether that's a status update, a campaign recap, or navigating a tough conversation Ownership of deliverable tracking across every campaign: integrations, influencer content, social posts, reporting Ability to coordinate across internal teams (creative, influencer, PR, social) to keep every workstream moving on schedule Capability to spot and flag risks to a deliverable or timeline early, and problem-solve before they become client-facing issues Diligence in maintaining accurate account documentation, status reports, and internal tracking tools Comfort managing budgets and invoicing details tied to client deliverables Stellar writing and communication skills — both clear and client-ready Proficiency with MS365, Outlook, Teams, HubSpot, Monday.com, Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, and emerging AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, etc.) Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously Demonstrated ability to anticipate needs, solve problems independently and proactively, with an enthusiasm to contribute to team success HB Benefits & Perks Annual Salary Range: dependent on experience and qualifications Hybrid Office Schedule Flexible PTO Insurance – Medical, Dental, & Vision 401(k) Monthly phone, internet, streaming stipend Yearly profit-sharing bonus Stocked office kitchen The opportunity to learn, contribute, and grow with passionate pop-culture enthusiasts!
