We have a great opportunity for an experienced Client Accountant to join our Client Accounting Team in the Isle of Man. What You'll Do You'll prepare statutory financial statements and quarterly management accounts in line with applicable accounting standards and strict reporting deadlines You'll ensure full compliance with service standards, company policies, and established procedures. You'll support the accounts team with ad‑hoc projects and assist Client Administrators on accounting and taxation matters You'll liaise effectively with auditors, property managers, and tax advisors as required You'll apply sound judgment to identify, escalate, and report significant issues to senior management What we offer Base Salary: Competitive pay based on role, qualifications, experience, and market standards Annual Bonus: Performance-based discretionary bonus paid annually Referral Rewards: Bonus for employees who successfully refer candidates Pension Contributions: Employer contributes 7%–12% of basic salary depending on level Insurance Benefits: Medical, dental, life assurance, and income protection coverage Additional Benefits: Paid leave, hybrid working, wellness programs, and recognition schemes You hold a professional qualification (ACA/ACCA or equivalent) You have strong technical knowledge of current accounting standards, AML requirements, and relevant regulations, with experience preparing accounts for various corporate structures You have the ability to work independently, proactively manage your workload, and consistently meet strict reporting deadlines with high accuracy and attention to detail You have proven skills in identifying, resolving, and implementing practical solutions to client issues using a pragmatic and decisive approach You have clear and professional written and verbal communication skills, with confidence in engaging and interacting with stakeholders You have knowledge of commercial property accounting and familiarity with systems such as 5Series, Caseware, Sage, Word, and Excel OUR COMMITMENT TO YOU AND THE ENVIRONMENT Sustainability is integral to our strategy and operations.
