How You Will Contribute: You will help lead the QuickBooks Desktop (QBD) & QuickBooks Online (QBO) support team for the 50 person CAS team and our clients. QuickBooks support includes: QBO conversions QBD & QBO troubleshooting for clients and CAS team members. Supporting the 3rd party apps that are a part of our tech stack. Assist with other QBD & QBO projects as needed. You will also work with clients to perform accounting and advisory services, including bank and general ledger reconciliations, journal entries, compile financial statements, create/maintain financial projections, etc. Prepare schedules needed for external auditors and tax return preparers. Assist with researching, implementing, training on new accounting software. About YOU (Qualifications)! Bachelor’s degree in accounting. CPA is required. 6+ years of QBD & QBO experience including use of payroll, 3 rd party apps, job costing and foreign currency. Must be QBD & QBO certified and have experience with QB pro advanced. Experience with Avalara, Bill, Qvinci, Expensify and Jirav a plus. The salary range estimated below is inclusive of all departments within the Firm, and offered salaries may vary within the given range depending on the specific department. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this level is $100,000 - $155,000, not including discretionary annual bonus and other competitive benefits.
