Job Description:

Position Summary

Epiq is seeking a Client Assurance Analyst to support its Risk and Compliance team in responding to client security, privacy, and compliance inquiries. This role works with internal subject matter experts to develop accurate responses, maintain supporting content, and participate in client assurance discussions. Security assessments will represent a significant portion of the work.

The successful candidate will quickly learn Epiq’s environment, manage assessments with a reasonable degree of independence, and exercise sound judgment while collaborating with stakeholders across the organization.

Required Qualifications
  • 2–3 years of relevant experience in client assurance, risk and compliance, security assessments, third-party risk, privacy, or related RFI/RFP response work.
  • Experience developing responses to client questionnaires, due diligence requests, security assessments, or similar documentation.
  • Working knowledge of information security and privacy concepts, including familiarity with frameworks such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, NIST, or similar standards.
  • Strong writing, editing, and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Ability to research complex topics, exercise sound judgment, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Direct experience responding to security assessments.
  • A bachelor’s degree; relevant experience and demonstrated skills may substitute.
  • Experience participating in client assurance discussions or audits.
  • Familiarity with response-management platforms or knowledge repositories.
  • Experience supporting multiple business functions or a distributed organization.

The Compensation range for this role is $65,000 to $75,000 USD annually and may be eligible for an annual bonus.
