As a Client Contract Delivery Manager, you'll work closely with client stakeholders, operational teams, and senior leaders to ensure contractual commitments are delivered, risks are effectively managed, and opportunities for continuous improvement are identified. This is an opportunity to join a highly respected, collaborative team where your expertise will directly contribute to client retention, satisfaction, and growth. The role is based from either our Manchester or Liverpool office, with a hybrid working pattern of 2 days per week in the office and 3 days remote, alongside occasional travel to client locations as required.

Responsibilities

As the primary operational contact for a portfolio of client contracts, you will build strong client relationships, working alongside Client Relationship Partners and key stakeholders to understand client priorities and deliver an outstanding service experience. You will support strategic account planning, drive continuous improvement initiatives, manage governance requirements, and oversee the delivery of reporting, training, ESG commitments, and other value-added services.

You will take ownership of contract delivery throughout the client lifecycle, from onboarding through to ongoing service management. Working closely with operational, Finance and Business Intelligence teams, you will monitor performance against SLAs and KPIs, analyse financial and contractual data, manage risks, resolve issues, and identify opportunities to improve service quality, efficiency, and profitability.

What will help you succeed in this role?

Essential

  • Experience in a client-facing contract, account, service delivery, or relationship management role.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence at all levels.
  • Commercially minded with the ability to interpret financial, contractual, and performance data.
  • Proven ability to lead continuous improvement initiatives and deliver practical solutions to complex challenges.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively to tight deadlines.
  • A proactive, customer-focused approach with a passion for delivering exceptional client outcomes.

Desirable

  • Experience using Power BI or similar data visualisation tools
  • AI literate with an interest in emerging technologies
  • Basic understanding of SQL and relational databases
  • Experience working with large or complex datasets
  • Understanding of statistical concepts and methodologies
  • Knowledge of data analytics or business intelligence principles
