SAP Consultant SuccessFactors with German (m/f/d)

We are looking for an SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to help our clients move their HR processes to the cloud and get the most out of SAP SuccessFactors. You will work on long-term, remote engagements covering implementations, rollouts and continuous improvement of SuccessFactors solutions in international enterprise environments.

As you will work closely with German-speaking stakeholders, proficient German is required. Consultants with an SAP HCM background who have moved into SuccessFactors are highly encouraged to apply.

• Analyze HR business requirements and design tailored SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
• Configure and support SuccessFactors modules, with a focus on Employee Central and, depending on the project, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Compensation or Learning.
• Set up data models, business rules, workflows, role-based permissions and picklists.
• Support integrations between SuccessFactors and SAP HCM / S/4HANA or third-party systems (e.g., Employee Central Payroll, Integration Center, SAP BTP Integration Suite).
• Plan and execute data migration activities and support testing phases.
• Take part in implementation and rollout projects as well as twice-yearly SuccessFactors release updates.
• Handle incidents and change requests and provide 2nd/3rd level support.
• Prepare functional documentation and run workshops and trainings for key users.
• Collaborate with German-speaking HR stakeholders, technical teams and other SAP consultants.

• 3+ years of hands-on experience as an SAP SuccessFactors consultant.
• Strong expertise in Employee Central; experience in further SuccessFactors modules is a plus.
• Experience in at least one full-cycle SuccessFactors implementation or rollout.
• Good knowledge of business rules, data models, RBP and workflows.
• Understanding of integration scenarios with SAP HCM or S/4HANA is an advantage.
• SAP SuccessFactors certification(s) are a strong plus.
• Proficient German (min. B2) and fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Comfortable working independently and in international, multicultural teams.
