Remote Client Coordinator Pay: $15.00/hour Location: Remote Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM CT About the Opportunity We are seeking a detail-oriented Client Coordinator to join a growing remote team supporting the review and processing of healthcare-related cases. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in patient access, healthcare administration, medical records, insurance verification, or data entry who enjoy accuracy-focused work and thrive in a structured environment. The Client Coordinator plays a critical role in reviewing case information, verifying eligibility, processing documentation, and ensuring medical records are complete before being routed to clinical reviewers. Key Responsibilities Process cases through CMS and client portals, reviewing and verifying eligibility information. Perform high-volume data entry, documentation, tracking, filing, and case management activities. Retrieve medical records from external systems and upload them into internal databases. Review documentation for completeness and accuracy before routing cases for medical review. Respond to client inquiries regarding case status, reports, and documentation requests via email. Maintain accurate records and update databases with case-related information. Communicate with internal teams to ensure timely case progression and resolution of issues. Coordinate with providers and other stakeholders as needed to obtain required information. Ensure compliance with HIPAA, regulatory requirements, and internal quality standards. Qualifications 2+ years of patient access, healthcare administration, medical records, or related experience. Strong data entry and computer skills. Experience reviewing eligibility and healthcare-related documentation preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. Ability to learn new systems quickly; Salesforce experience is a plus. Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills. Professional written communication and email correspondence skills. Comfortable performing repetitive, accuracy-driven tasks. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret medical records, contracts, correspondence, and other documentation.
