Client Coordinator Location: Remote Duration: 3-Month Contract-to-Hire Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Client Coordinator to support case processing, eligibility reviews, and medical record management in a fast-paced healthcare environment. This role is responsible for reviewing and entering case information, maintaining accurate documentation, communicating with clients and providers, and ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards. Responsibilities Process cases through CMS and client portals, including entering, reviewing, and verifying eligibility and case information. Prepare, enter, track, and maintain data with a high level of accuracy. Retrieve medical records from external sources and upload them into internal databases. Review documentation to ensure all required information is complete and accurate. Respond promptly to client emails regarding case status, reports, concerns, and general inquiries. Communicate with providers, physicians, and clinicians to assign cases and update records accordingly. Maintain regular communication with internal teams regarding pending reports and case progress. Ensure compliance with HIPAA, CMS requirements, company policies, and quality standards. Utilize multiple systems and databases to enter, retrieve, and manage case information. Qualifications Required: 2+ years of patient access, healthcare administration, or related experience. Strong data entry and computer skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel. Excellent written communication and professional email etiquette. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to multitask and adapt quickly to changing priorities. Ability to follow instructions and learn new systems quickly. Comfortable working independently and performing repetitive tasks. Preferred: Experience reviewing eligibility. Healthcare industry experience. Salesforce experience. Independent Dispute Resolution (IDR) experience. Experience reviewing contracts, legal documents, or medical records. Strong critical thinking and analytical skills. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $15.00/hr.
