What you will do:

As a member of the Client Solutions Team, you will support the successful delivery and coordination of energy management programs for our clients. You will work closely with Client Delivery Specialists and cross-functional teams, gaining hands-on experience in client services, ticket management, and service delivery processes.
We need our future intern’s support in the following areas:
- Managing and coordinating service tickets from intake through resolution while ensuring timely communication and follow-up
- Acting as a liaison between clients and internal teams, providing updates and facilitating efficient issue resolution
- Supporting the prioritization and organization of ticket queues while balancing multiple requests and business needs
- Collaborating with operational, technical, and support teams to ensure smooth execution of client requests
- Maintaining accurate documentation, records, and tracking of service activities and deliverables
- Assisting users with inquiries related to processes, tools, and service offerings while delivering a positive customer experience
- Supporting onboarding and ongoing program management activities for clients
- Identifying, tracking, and escalating potential risks or issues when necessary
- Contributing ideas and improvements to enhance operational efficiency and client experience
What we need from you:
- Ongoing studies at a university in Hungary
- Possible commitment for at least 1 year with active student status
- Advanced English and Hungarian knowledge, both written and spoken
- Confident digital skills and good knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Excel
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Attention to detail and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team
- Interest in client service, operations, and process coordination

- Flexible and hybrid working schedule: minimum 20-30 hours/week, preferably more, with home office opportunity
- You can start as soon as possible
- Gross salary: 2200 HUF/hour
