Client Delivery Manager

Mission As the Client Delivery Manager (Agency Project Manager) , your mission is to ensure every client request, video, script, thumbnail, and production task moves seamlessly from submission to delivery without delays, missed handoffs, or unclear ownership. You will act as the operational owner for a portfolio of clients, coordinating cross-functional teams, proactively removing blockers, maintaining accurate project systems, and ensuring clients always have clear visibility into the progress of their projects. Your success is measured by your ability to keep work moving, close every operational loop, and deliver an exceptional client experience. Key Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day delivery operations for a portfolio of client accounts. Serve as the primary operational point of contact within client Slack channels, acknowledging requests and providing timely project updates. Convert client requests, feedback, and submissions into clearly assigned internal tasks with defined owners and deadlines. Coordinate cross-functional teams including strategists, scriptwriters, video editors, QA specialists, thumbnail designers, and creative teams to ensure smooth execution. Ensure all new client requests are assigned promptly and accepted by the appropriate team member. Track project progress from initiation through final delivery, proactively following up on tasks and preventing missed deadlines. Identify project risks, bottlenecks, or resource constraints early and resolve or escalate them with recommended solutions. Maintain accurate project tracking and documentation using Airtable and other project management systems. Ensure every active task has a clear owner, next action, priority level, and due date. Verify deliverables meet project requirements before marking work as complete. Provide daily visibility into project health, highlighting items that are on track, at risk, overdue, or awaiting action. Hold internal stakeholders accountable while maintaining positive cross-functional collaboration. Ensure clients receive proactive communication and never need to chase the team for project updates. Continuously improve operational workflows, delivery processes, and team coordination. Requirements Experience 3+ years of experience in Project Management, Client Delivery, Account Management, Creative Operations, or Agency Operations. Previous experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously within a marketing, creative, or digital agency environment. Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across multiple departments and stakeholders. Proven ability to manage recurring project workflows while balancing competing priorities. Technical Skills Strong experience using project management platforms such as Airtable, ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com, or similar systems. Comfortable managing project timelines, task assignments, workload planning, and operational reporting. Proficient with Slack and modern remote collaboration tools. Strong understanding of creative production workflows is highly preferred (video production, content creation, marketing campaigns, etc.). Success Measures (KPIs) Success in this role will be measured by: Client requests assigned within established SLAs. On-time delivery of projects across assigned client portfolio. Reduction in missed deadlines and delivery bottlenecks. Accurate and up-to-date project tracking systems. Clear ownership established for every active task. Proactive risk identification and issue resolution. High client satisfaction through timely communication and reliable delivery. Strong cross-functional collaboration and operational efficiency. Working Environment Full-time remote position. Significant overlap with client and internal team working hours. Fast-paced, collaborative agency environment focused on operational excellence. Initial onboarding with a controlled client portfolio, expanding as delivery performance is demonstrated. Position Description Working Hours : 8 hours, from 12 PM till 8 PM Beirut Time ​ Working Days : 5 days a week. ​ Days Off : Saturday and Sunday. ​ Work Location : Fully-remote, you can work from anywhere. ​ PTO (Paid Time Off) : You may request time off anytime with advanced notice. ​ Salary Range :$2,000
