We are looking for a commercially driven Client Executive to join our Corporate team in Aarhus.

In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to a portfolio of corporate clients across different industries and levels of complexity, helping them navigate their risk and insurance needs in the context of their strategy, operating environment and future ambitions.

You will be responsible for deepening existing relationships, identifying opportunities to create additional value, and bringing Marsh’s full range of capabilities into play where relevant. With a strong foundation in general insurance, you will combine client insight, commercial drive and structured execution to help clients make better decisions and unlock new opportunities.

This is a highly client-facing and commercially focused role. You will work closely with clients to understand their business, priorities and risk profile, and translate that understanding into tailored Marsh solutions that support both resilience and growth.

You will join a Corporate team in Aarhus with a clear ambition to grow and further strengthen how we serve corporate clients across Jutland. We are building a team that combines strong local client relationships with specialist expertise, data and the global capabilities of Marsh. You will have the opportunity to play an active role in that development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage a portfolio of corporate clients, with overall responsibility for client satisfaction, retention and growth.
  • Build trusted client relationships by understanding their strategy, business model, operating environment and risk exposure.
  • Advise clients on their risk and insurance needs, with a strong foundation in general insurance and a broader perspective on risk management.
  • Identify opportunities to expand client relationships through insight, proactive engagement and strong commercial follow-up.
  • Actively contribute to winning new clients, including developing opportunities and participating in pitches, proposals and prospect discussions.
  • Bring Marsh’s broader capabilities into play where relevant, working with specialist colleagues across the business to deliver integrated client solutions.
  • Lead the overall client dialogue around renewal and placement strategies, coordinating with broking, placement and specialist colleagues to deliver the right outcome for the client.
  • Represent the client internally and coordinate across broking, placement, claims and specialist teams to ensure high-quality delivery.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with insurers and other external partners.
  • Contribute to the continued development and growth of our Corporate business in Jutland.

What You Need to Have

  • Experience within insurance, risk advisory or brokerage.
  • Strong understanding of general insurance and risk transfer solutions.
  • Commercial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities, develop relationships and drive growth.
  • Ability to understand client businesses and connect market developments, strategy and risk.
  • Ability to think beyond insurance and identify where broader expertise and advisory capabilities can create value for the client.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, both internally and externally.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex issues clearly and confidently.
  • Experience contributing to and coordinating renewal and placement strategies, with the ability to lead the overall client dialogue.
  • High professional integrity, ownership and a client-centric approach.
  • Fluency in English and Danish, both spoken and written.

What Makes You Stand Out

  • Experience from a large broker or insurer working with cross-border or more complex risks.
  • Demonstrated success in developing new business within the corporate segment.
  • Ability to think beyond insurance and connect client needs to broader advisory opportunities.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data and insights to shape client discussions and decisions.

What We Offer

  • The opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of corporate clients across multiple industries.
  • A commercially meaningful role with both client ownership and growth responsibility.
  • The chance to work in a collaborative environment with experienced colleagues and access to Marsh’s global expertise.
  • You will be part of a team where we value curiosity, ownership and collaboration. We expect people to share knowledge, involve colleagues when it creates better outcomes and contribute to each other’s success.
  • Professional development and career growth opportunities.
  • Competitive salary and benefits package.
