Client Experience Coordinator

Job Description About the Role Our client, a fast-growing international software company, is looking for a Client Experience Coordinator to support its expanding client portfolio across the GCC. This is a hands-on, client-facing role combining relationship management, project coordination, and operational support. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to coordinate onboarding, manage day-to-day requests, and ensure projects are delivered smoothly and on time. The position is ideal for someone at the beginning of their career who is proactive, highly organized, comfortable meeting clients in person, and excited to grow within an international technology company. Key Responsibilities Support new clients throughout the onboarding process Build and maintain positive day-to-day client relationships Coordinate client projects, meetings, launches, and onsite activities Manage client requests and ensure timely follow-up Work closely with internal teams and external service providers Track timelines, responsibilities, and action points Monitor client activity and gather feedback Prepare regular updates and basic reports Identify potential issues and coordinate timely solutions Help improve the overall client experience Requirements What we are looking for: Up to two years of experience in client services, account coordination, customer experience, hospitality, events, operations, or a similar role Fresh graduates with strong communication and organizational skills are welcome to apply Excellent written and spoken English Arabic language skills are highly preferred Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills Confidence communicating with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders Excellent organization and attention to detail A proactive, solution-oriented approach Ability to manage several tasks, deadlines, and follow-ups simultaneously Comfortable using digital tools and learning new software quickly Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multicultural environment Based in the GCC and available for regular onsite client visits A valid driving license is highly preferred Benefits What’s on Offer Flexible and remote working opportunities A collaborative and international working environment A comprehensive leave policy Learning and career development opportunities Early ownership and responsibility Exposure to clients and projects across the GCC The opportunity to grow with an ambitious technology company If you are organized, people-oriented, and interested in developing your career in client experience and technology, we would be happy to hear from you.
