Client Experience Coordinator

Are you the person who notices when a client goes quiet, remembers what matters to them, and follows through before they have to ask? We'd love to meet you.

At Affinity Consulting Group, we help law firms and legal teams build healthier businesses through strategy, technology, training, and better ways of working. We're looking for a Client Experience Coordinator who cares deeply about how clients feel while working with us, from their first introduction through their ongoing relationship with our team.

You'll be a familiar, trusted contact for our clients. You'll listen, connect people, keep commitments from getting lost, and help us catch small frustrations before they become big ones. Our project teams manage the day-to-day delivery. You'll help make the experience around that work exceptional.

What you'll do

  • Welcome new clients and coordinate introductions, kickoffs, and smooth handoffs between Sales, Strategy, and delivery teams.
  • Build relationships with recurring clients through thoughtful, proactive check-ins.
  • Make sure clients know what's happening, what comes next, and who to contact when they need help.
  • Listen to feedback, follow up on concerns, and help the right people take action.
  • Keep client information, handoff details, and next steps accurate in our systems.
  • Monitor project coordination alerts and resolve or escalate anything that needs attention.
  • Spot opportunities to celebrate client successes, strengthen relationships, and improve the client journey.

You might be a great fit if

You love people and you love a good checklist. You can juggle several moving pieces without losing sight of the person on the other end of an email. You communicate clearly, follow through consistently, and feel a real sense of ownership when a client needs help.

Experience in client success, account management, project coordination, or service operations will help you succeed here. Experience with client onboarding, Teamwork, HubSpot, or automated workflows is a plus. Curiosity, sound judgment, and a willingness to learn matter just as much.

Life at Affinity

We're a fully remote team that works closely together, takes pride in our work, and makes room for laughter along the way. Our core values are Be Inclusive, Act with Integrity, Grab the Marker, Stay Curious, and Drive Change.

This is a full-time role, generally working Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Eastern, with flexibility. Travel to meetings or conferences is typically expected 5–7 times a year. Benefits include health and dental coverage, short- and long-term disability and life insurance, 401(k) matching, an Employee Assistance Program, a fitness budget, and flexible vacation.

Base salary: $65,000 to $70,000. Final compensation will depend on experience and location. Candidates must live in and be eligible to work in the United States.

If making clients feel heard, confident, and genuinely cared for sounds like work you'd be proud to do, we'd love to hear from you. Apply even if you don't check every box.

Affinity welcomes applicants from all backgrounds. If you need an accommodation during the interview process, email jobs@affinityconsulting.com with "Client Experience Coordinator Accommodations" in the subject line.
