About Premier International Transportation
Premier International Transportation is a growing luxury ground transportation company with over a decade of experience serving Fortune 500 executives, diplomats, and high-profile travelers worldwide. We are entering a transformative new chapter: scaling our operations and codifying a care-based service philosophy we call the Private Chef model. We have the foundation, the clients, and the vision. What we need now are the right people to help us build the future.
Most transportation companies ask: "How do we move people from point A to point B efficiently?" We ask a different question: "How do we make a human being feel understood, seen, and at peace—and happen to use a vehicle to do it?"
Think of it this way: a great restaurant serves hundreds of guests well but never really knows you. We aim to be the private chef. The private chef remembers your preferences without being asked, no matter where in the world you are, and makes you feel like the only client that matters. That is the standard we are building into every reservation, every client profile, and every phone call. It is our unique value proposition, and it is the engine of our next phase of growth.
This philosophy comes from real experience. Our founder, Antoine Pitroipa, worked in the American service industry from the moment he immigrated to the United States. He built Premier from the ground up with trusted individuals, lasting relationships, and a commitment to integrity. That small business, built on integrity, is now the foundation we are codifying into a global brand.
We are scaling with a 100x ambition. We are honing our identity as a global mobility brand built on a simple, radical promise: See people. Know people. Serve people. We are actively testing, adjusting, and perfecting a care-based business model in real time. We need active contributors committed to thinking, doing, and adjusting with us at a very high standard. We are not looking for someone to follow a script; we are looking for someone to help us write it. If you invest in us with your talent and fierce attention to detail, we will invest in you with mentorship, growth, and a real seat at the table.
The Role
This is a high-communications, high-detail role. The Client Experience Lead sits at the intersection of client relations and precision data management. Success requires two core competencies, both rigorously trained.
Communications Strategy: You will be trained in the Premier Voice—our codified standard for written and verbal client interactions, built on templates, checklists, and a warm, calm, confident tone. You will execute it with precision, but it is not set in stone. We are actively refining it based on real client responses. When a phrase doesn't land, when you discover a better way to phrase a confirmation—we want to hear about it. Your insights will shape the standard for everyone who comes after you.
Data Precision: You will enter and update reservations, client profiles, billing, and affiliate details throughout every shift. There is zero margin for error on the details that determine whether a ride happens flawlessly: times, dates, addresses, flight numbers, vehicle types. Spelling and grammar are held to the same standard. A single typo can erode the trust we work so hard to build. Double-checking is a ritual, not an exception.
Combined, you become the first human voice a client hears, the attentive presence behind every email, and the bridge between a client's need and a flawless experience. You will speak with executive assistants, high-profile clients, and global affiliate partners. You are not just entering data—you are building relationships and communicating with the kind of care that builds trust over time.
A reservation entered correctly is good. A reservation entered correctly while making the client feel seen, heard, and valued is the Premier standard.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the warm, calm, confident first point of contact for all incoming calls and emails using the Premier Voice.
- Serve as the bridge between the client and the Chauffeur Intelligence Officer, ensuring no detail is lost in the handoff.
- Build and maintain real relationships with clients and executive assistants.
- Book, update, and manage reservations with precision in LimoAnywhere. Mastery of the platform is critical.
- Finalize all service statuses with the Chauffeur Intelligence Officer before your shift ends, creating a seamless handoff.
- Call the Chauffeur Intelligence Officer personally to confirm updates are received and understood.
- Passively update client profiles with meaningful details gathered during conversations.
- Ensure billing information is accurately recorded and updated without delay.
- Observe the role for opportunities to improve the client experience and streamline workflow. Your daily interactions put you on the front lines of defining a new standard in luxury transportation.
- Contribute to team-wide projects, including building a global affiliates masterbook—a living directory of trusted partners in every major city we serve.
What We're Looking For
- Proficient experience with LimoAnywhere and the luxury transportation industry.
- 2–5 years experience in limousine reservations.
- Flexible hours.
- A natural communicator who can be warm, professional, and reassuring in a single sentence.
- Impeccable attention to detail. Wrong times and misspelled names break trust instantly.
- Calm and confident under pressure.
- A dedicated student of the craft—coachable, open to feedback, committed to continuous improvement.
- Belief in our philosophy. We see people. We know people. We serve people.

Subject: Airport Transfer for James Denver
Hi there,
I need to book an SUV for my executive, James Denver. He's flying out of Dulles on Thursday, October 1st. His flight departs at 4:15 PM, so a 1:30 PM pickup from the Four Seasons in Georgetown should give him plenty of time. I will send the flight information soon.
Please confirm the booking and let me know the chauffeur details when available.
Thanks,
Ruthe
