Overview

An exciting opportunity exists within Affinity Solutions' Client Experience & Operations department for a Client Implementation Sr Analyst. We are seeking a collaborative, client-focused professional who brings strong project management, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills, along with a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences.

In this role, you will lead the successful onboarding of new clients and implementation of program changes for existing clients, serving as a key point of coordination across clients, strategic distribution partners, Sales, Account Executives, and other internal business teams. You will bring people, processes, and technology together to deliver timely, high-quality implementations while proactively anticipating challenges, navigating complexity, and ensuring a seamless client experience.

As Affinity Solutions continues to grow and modernize how we work, you will also have the opportunity to help shape the future of client onboarding by embracing new technologies, including AI-enabled solutions, and identifying opportunities to simplify processes, improve transparency, and enhance the experience for clients and partners.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Lead client implementations from initiation through successful onboarding, developing and managing project plans, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and cross-functional activities to ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality execution.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact and trusted partner for clients, strategic distribution partners, and internal stakeholders throughout the implementation lifecycle, ensuring clear communication, alignment, and a positive client experience.
  • Orchestrate cross-functional teams across Sales, Account Management, Underwriting, Administration, Claims, Calculation Services, System Administration, Product Forms, and other business areas to establish clear accountabilities, manage dependencies, and achieve shared outcomes.
  • Proactively identify, assess, and resolve implementation risks, issues, and obstacles, exercising sound judgment, engaging appropriate stakeholders, and driving timely decisions and solutions while balancing client needs, operational capabilities, and compliance requirements.
  • Facilitate effective client and internal meetings, providing clear communication of implementation status, decisions, action items, and next steps while ensuring stakeholders have the information needed to deliver on commitments.
  • Partner with Sales and Account Executives during the sales and onboarding process, including participating in prospective client discussions, providing implementation expertise, and helping establish clear expectations and a smooth transition from sale to implementation.
  • Provide consultative guidance on Affinity Solutions products, operational processes, and system capabilities, helping clients and partners navigate requirements, evaluate options, and implement effective solutions.
  • Leverage project management tools, data, and technology to monitor implementation progress, manage priorities, identify emerging risks, and provide timely visibility into status and outcomes.
  • Champion continuous improvement and modernization, identifying opportunities to streamline processes, reduce manual activities, improve quality, and enhance the client and associate experience through technology, automation, and AI-enabled capabilities.
  • Contribute to departmental and strategic initiatives, sharing insights, feedback, and recommendations to advance implementation practices, strengthen cross-functional partnerships, and support Affinity Solutions' continued growth.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated project management experience, including successfully leading cross-functional initiatives, managing competing priorities, and delivering results within established timelines.
  • Strong client relationship management and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish trust, build productive partnerships, and collaborate effectively with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to clearly convey complex information, facilitate productive discussions, and tailor communication to different audiences.
  • Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving capabilities, with demonstrated ability to anticipate challenges, evaluate alternatives, and drive practical, customer-focused solutions.
  • Ability to influence and achieve results through others without direct authority, demonstrating ownership, accountability, and a one-team mindset.
  • Sound judgment and decision-making skills, with the ability to work independently, navigate ambiguity, and remain composed in challenging or sensitive situations.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to effectively manage multiple concurrent implementations in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Demonstrated adaptability, curiosity, and willingness to embrace change, learn new technologies, and challenge existing processes to improve outcomes.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and ability to effectively leverage project management, collaboration, and digital tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Experience leading client implementations, onboarding, or complex projects within financial services, insurance, or a related industry.
  • Knowledge of Affinity Solutions products, markets, and operational processes, including credit protection products.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies, workflow automation, AI-enabled tools, or continuous improvement practices.
  • Experience working with strategic distribution partners, financial institutions, or other business-to-business client relationships.
