Client Intake Specialist (Remote – Canada)

Remote | Full-Time | Eastern Time, Includes Evenings & Weekends | CAD $40,000/year + Monthly Bonus | Canada

About the Role

You'll be the first person our clients talk to when they reach out about moving to the U.S., and many of them are Canadians making the same move our founders made. From home, you'll run 7–10 scheduled phone and Zoom consultations a day, learn what each client is hoping for, and show them how our attorneys can help.

This isn't a call center job, and it isn't reading from a script. You lead the conversation, build trust, and guide people to sign with us, and your results are measured. If you're a natural on the phone and want to learn U.S. immigration from the inside, you'll grow fast here.

What You'll Do

• Run scheduled phone and Zoom consultations with people who've reached out to us
• Learn each client's background, goals, timeline, and urgency
• Explain our services and how our attorneys can help with their case
• Guide clients to the next step and collect signed retainer agreements
• Follow up on new leads quickly. Speed wins clients.
• Take clear notes and keep the CRM updated every day
• Use your daily follow-up hour to work your leads and keep up with admin
• Work closely with our attorneys, case managers, and intake team in Florida

What We're Looking For

Required

• Legally entitled to work in Canada, and living in Canada
• Experience in sales, client consultations, or customer service
• Confident and professional on the phone and on Zoom, with a quiet home workspace and reliable internet
• Available for Eastern Time shifts, including evenings and weekends
• Able to complete our Intake Specialist Readiness Program before your start date

Preferred

• Experience at a law firm, especially in intake
• A track record of hitting a sales or conversion goal
• Working knowledge of U.S. immigration pathways
• Experience with a CRM

Compensation

CAD $40,000 per year, plus a monthly performance bonus tied to how well you serve and convert the clients who come to us.
