You'll advise some of the UK's leading developers, investors and property owners on complex construction risks, supported by Aon's market-leading Construction practice. Combining strategic client leadership, technical expertise, business development and high-profile projects, it's a unique opportunity to broaden your impact and accelerate your career.

Skills and experience that will lead to success

  • Working knowledge of Owner Controlled Insurance Programmes (OCIPs), Latent Defects Insurance, and other construction-related insurance products.
  • Ability to review and interpret insurance provisions within construction contracts, development agreements and funding agreements, identifying key risks and engaging specialist expertise when required.
  • Proven track record of building trusted client relationships, coordinating service delivery and supporting client retention and growth objectives.

  • Commercially focused, highly organised and proactive, with a collaborative approach and a commitment to Aon's values and "One Firm" culture.
