- Maintaining accurate client records, trackers and audit trails.
- Supporting the set-up of rates, billing arrangements and Statements of Work.
- Keeping stakeholders informed of progress and escalating potential issues or delays where required.
- Supporting international and specialist onboarding requirements.
- Assisting with client set-up following successful bids, retenders and framework appointments.
- Supporting the maintenance of DWF's Global Contract Database.
- Producing operational reporting and identifying recurring issues or opportunities for process improvement.
What will help you succeed in this role?

- A proactive and service-focused approach.
- Confidence working with multiple stakeholders and following up outstanding actions.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams and SharePoint.

- Good judgement, with the confidence to identify issues and escalate appropriately.
- An interest in improving processes and ways of working.
Previous experience within client onboarding, AML/KYC, compliance, legal operations or another regulated environment would be advantageous but isn't essential. Full training on DWF's processes and systems will be provided.
