Client Onboarding Specialist

At Nestifytech Solutions, We are seeking a detail-oriented Client Onboarding Specialist to guide new clients through a smooth, engaging, and successful implementation experience. You’ll coordinate internally and externally to ensure client goals are met from day one.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the onboarding process for new clients, from kickoff to go-live.

• Customize setup and training based on client use cases.

• Manage onboarding timelines, deliverables, and expectations.

• Troubleshoot issues and provide technical and procedural support.

• Collaborate closely with Product, Support, and Success teams.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years in onboarding, implementation, or project coordination roles.

• Strong organizational and client-facing communication skills.

• Experience with onboarding software or tools (e.g., Asana, Notion, Intercom).

• SaaS or B2B tech experience is a plus.
