Client Operations Specialist — EdgeOS (100% Remote)

Salary: $1,300 USD / month

Location: 100% Remote — LATAM only

Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, U.S. business hours

Are you the person everyone leans on to keep things organized and moving? Do you take ownership without being asked, and stay calm when everything's on fire? This is a growth role with full training, built for someone early to mid in their career who already runs things naturally and wants to grow into a true operator.

About the role

You'll help our clients (busy business owners in roofing, restoration, and construction) build and actually run an operational "OS" for their business: workflow engines, company playbooks, scorecards, dashboards, meeting rhythms, and internal memo systems. Your job isn't just to build these systems; it's to make sure they get used. You'll be the operator who keeps the owner focused, on track, and accountable to the plan.

We'll give you full training in our EdgeOS system and in estimating and claims skills for the insurance/roofing/restoration niche. You bring the instincts; we'll teach the rest.

Who thrives

  • Here: you take ownership. When something's blocked, you find a way around it instead of waiting.
  • You think in systems. You naturally turn chaos into steps, owners, and checkpoints.
  • You have presence. You can hold the line with a busy business owner, warmly and professionally, and be taken seriously as their right hand, not an assistant.
  • You stay composed under pressure and take feedback without losing your footing.
  • You communicate like a real person, clear and direct, not rehearsed or robotic.

If you go quiet when someone pushes back, or you wait to be told what to do, this isn't the role for you.

What you'll do

  • Own the EdgeOS rollout for your clients, keeping them on track with milestones and deliverables.
  • Manage executive calendars and key meetings so leaders stay on the right priorities.
  • Build and maintain scorecards, dashboards, playbooks, and memo systems, and drive their adoption.
  • Track progress, follow up on action items, and hold people accountable to the plan.
  • Communicate directly with clients to clarify expectations, gather information, and keep momentum.

What you bring:

  • Advanced English (C1+), with clear, confident written and verbal communication.
  • A proactive, organized, ownership-driven personality (this matters more to us than your resume).
  • Nice to have: experience in operations, project management, or executive support, and any exposure to process design or playbooks. If you don't have all of it, we train it.
  • Reliability and a genuine interest in growing long-term, not a short-term gig.
