The Role

We're looking for a Client Operations Supervisor to be the operational backbone of our client delivery, working alongside the General Manager. You'll sit at the centre of the agency - connecting our GM/Head of Operations and delivery team to ensure every client engagement runs smoothly, on time, and on process.

This is not a traditional account management role focused on relationship hand-holding. This is an operational role focused on systems, processes, and execution. You'll own how client work gets done, keep the team on track, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.

A key difference here: automation and AI are central to what we do. You don't need to be a strategist or a builder - we'll train you on our approach. But we do need someone who is genuinely interested in how sales, marketing, and business automation work, can talk about it credibly with clients, and can support the rollout alongside our builders and client leads.

What You'll Do

- Own the execution of the operational client delivery processes: onboarding, project execution, reporting, and offboarding

- Coordinate project timelines and deliverables across multiple client accounts

- Maintain client health dashboards, delivery tracking, and operational reporting

- Serve as the primary operational contact for clients on day-to-day execution matters, with GM/HOO as escalation path

- Build literacy in sales, marketing, and business automation - we'll train you on our approach and offerings

- Support the rollout of automation and AI initiatives alongside our builders and client leads

- Prepare meeting agendas, notes, and action items for client and internal meetings

- Track project budgets and flag issues before they become problems

- Manage operational tools (Asana, GHL, Slack, Google Workspace)

- Identify process improvements and work with the GM/Head of Operations to implement them

- Provide weekly operational summaries to leadership

What We're Looking For

- 3+ years experience in an operations, project coordination, or client services role - agency experience strongly preferred

- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

- Comfortable with project management tools (Asana experience is a big plus)

- Experience with CRM platforms (GHL/HighLevel experience highly regarded)

- Genuine interest in automation, AI, and how businesses can use them - even if you're early in learning

- Excellent written and verbal communication in English

- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

- Self-starter who takes ownership and doesn't wait to be told what to do

- Familiarity with email marketing, automation, or digital marketing is a bonus
