About the Role:

Shutterstock is seeking a commercially driven, entrepreneurial Client Partner to grow our enterprise business across Singapore and Hong Kong. This role combines ownership of existing accounts with new business development across assigned industry verticals, with full accountability for revenue growth, retention, and customer relationships.

The ideal candidate is strategic, self-directed, and highly adaptable, with the curiosity and agility to succeed in a rapidly evolving creative industry.

The day to day:

  • Revenue Ownership: Own and grow a portfolio of enterprise accounts, driving renewals, expansion, and new business to achieve overall revenue targets.
  • New Business Development: Develop and execute vertical-specific growth strategies, identifying new opportunities and building pipeline through outbound prospecting and inbound leads.
  • Account Strategy: Independently prioritize accounts, develop strategic account plans, and allocate time effectively to maximize commercial opportunities.
  • Consultative Selling: Build trusted relationships with senior executives, decision-makers, and creative stakeholders, translating business challenges into compelling Shutterstock solutions.
  • Sales Execution: Own the end-to-end sales cycle, from discovery and stakeholder alignment through negotiation and closing, collaborating with internal teams as needed.
  • Customer Success & Retention: Lead onboarding for new accounts, monitor product adoption and usage, and proactively address renewal risks while identifying expansion opportunities.
  • Product Expertise: Develop deep knowledge of Shutterstock's full suite of products and solutions, quickly adapting to position new offerings and packages as they evolve.
  • Market Intelligence & Customer Feedback: Stay informed of emerging creative trends and customer workflows, actively sharing actionable market insights and customer feedback with internal teams to inform product development and business strategy.
  • Sales Discipline: Maintain accurate CRM records, manage pipeline effectively, and deliver reliable weekly revenue forecasts.
  • Technology & Collaboration: Leverage new technologies, including AI tools, to improve productivity and share best practices with the wider team.

What you will bring to the role:

  • Minimum 5 years of enterprise B2B sales experience, with a proven track record in Singapore and Hong Kong.
  • Demonstrated success in both strategic account management and new business acquisition, consistently achieving revenue targets.
  • Strong commercial acumen, consultative selling, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage both C-suite executives and creative teams.
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to independently manage competing demands and focus on high-impact opportunities.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise sales processes, pipeline management, CRM discipline, and forecasting.
  • Familiarity with creative workflows; experience in digital content, media, or creative technology is an advantage.
  • Entrepreneurial and self-directed, with a strong sense of ownership, initiative, and accountability.
  • Highly adaptable and curious, with the ability to quickly learn new products, embrace change, and navigate an evolving creative and technology landscape.
  • Solution-oriented and tech-savvy, comfortable adopting new tools, including AI, to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Positive, resilient, and collaborative, with a proactive approach to challenges and opportunities.
