Client Relations / Account Advisor (Trilingual Dutch/English/French)

Right Management Belgium is seeking a Client Relations / Account Advisor to manage and grow an established portfolio of clients while supporting both local and international partnerships. This role combines account management, customer success, and commercial development in a highly collaborative environment.

What You'll Do

✅ Manage and develop an existing portfolio of clients

✅ Serve as the primary contact for HR leaders, decision-makers, and key stakeholders

✅ Build trusted, long-term client relationships that drive satisfaction and retention

✅ Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts

✅ Participate in client reviews and QBRs, proactively uncovering client needs

✅ Support global account initiatives and collaborate with international colleagues

✅ Prepare proposals, commercial offers, account analyses, and client reports

✅ Contribute to RFPs, tenders, and business development activities

✅ Maintain accurate CRM records, contracts, and account documentation

✅ Help grow and monetize international business agreements within the Belgian market

What We're Looking For

✔ 5+ years of experience in a commercial, client-facing environment

✔ Background in Account Management, Customer Success, Client Services, Inside Sales,

Outplacement, Coaching Services, or a similar role

✔ Strong consultative and relationship-building skills

✔ Ability to identify client needs and translate them into business opportunities

✔ Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail

✔ Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

✔ Comfortable working with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools

Language Requirements

This is a trilingual position.

• Native or fluent Dutch (required and most critical)
• Professional English
• Professional French
