MNI has grown 30% year-on-year for five years running. As we scale, we are hiring 60+ new people to the business every year, and Client Relations sits right at the heart of that expansion.

This is an opportunity to join our team at a pivotal stage of growth, taking ownership of the post-sale experience for leading financial institutions worldwide. From onboarding through adoption and renewal, you will serve as a trusted point of contact for our clients.

Day to day, you will cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, identify opportunities for account growth, and partner closely with New Business and Account Management to maintain high levels of client satisfaction. As the business scales, this role offers clear scope for progression, whether through deepening account management expertise or moving into broader commercial leadership.

Key responsibilities

  • Co-run the post-sale customer journey across onboarding, adoption, and renewal phases
  • Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders within global and regional accounts
  • Act as the initial point of contact for customers, assisting with ad-hoc enquiries
  • Close collaboration with New Business & Account Management teams to ensure customer satisfaction and product alignment
  • Proactively identify expansion and upsell opportunities within the account base
  • Co-manage renewal processes and identify churn risks
  • Contribute feedback to Product and Marketing based on client feedback

Experience required

  • 1-2 years experience in a customer success or account management role
  • Degree (2:1 or higher) in any discipline
  • Background in financial content, FinTech, or B2B SaaS preferred
  • Global outbound experience targeting financial institutions as SDR or sales (BDM/AE)
  • Strong organisation and team collaboration demonstrated
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Passion for financial markets and current affairs

What we can promise you

  • £36,000 base salary. Uncapped commission, with realistic £46,000–£50,000 OTE in Year 1
  • Structured onboarding that gives you exposure across every arm of the business, backed by a comprehensive training programme
  • International travel opportunities (Paris, Geneva, New York, and more) after Year 1
  • Fun & sociable culture — think quarterly incentives, team nights out, sports days, and more!
  • Hybrid working, with 3 days in the office & an option to work 2 days remote
