What You'll Do Build strong relationships with new and existing clients through scheduled virtual appointments. Learn each client's financial goals and provide educational guidance tailored to their needs. Help clients understand strategies related to retirement planning, financial protection, wealth accumulation, and legacy planning. Coordinate follow-up appointments and maintain ongoing communication throughout the client experience. Maintain accurate client records while following company procedures and applicable compliance requirements. Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and continuing professional development. Collaborate with experienced professionals to continuously improve client service and communication skills.
