The Role We are looking for a Client Relationship Management Coordinator to join our growing Client Relationship Management (CRM) team. Working closely with the Vice President and Director of Client Relationship Management, you will play a key role in supporting business development activities, coordinating client opportunities, maintaining CRM data and assisting with the delivery of proposals, reporting and client onboarding initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised and proactive individual to gain broad exposure across client relationship management, business development and professional services within a growing international business Key Responsibilities Support the Vice President, Director and wider CRM team with new and ongoing client matters. Maintain accurate client and opportunity records within the CRM platform. Track business opportunities and support client onboarding activities. Assist with the preparation of proposals, presentations and internal reports. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support business development initiatives. Liaise with internal stakeholders across compliance, marketing and business development teams. Support the maintenance of CRM processes, procedures and knowledge resources. Contribute to reporting, process improvements and ad hoc projects. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Experience in an administrative, client services, business development support or professional services environment. Strong organisational, prioritisation and time-management skills. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Experience using CRM systems would be advantageous. Knowledge of financial services, client onboarding, KYC or CDD processes would be beneficial but is not essential. A proactive approach and willingness to develop a strong understanding of services and clients.
