Role Description The Head of Legal will oversee all legal matters for Outbound OS, providing strategic counsel on company operations, commercial activities, and growth initiatives. This part-time hybrid role is based in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates, with flexibility for some work from home. Day-to-day responsibilities include advising leadership on legal risk, drafting and reviewing contracts, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations in relevant jurisdictions. The Head of Legal will develop and maintain policies related to data protection, commercial agreements, and corporate governance, while supporting cross-border sales and consulting engagements. The role also involves managing external counsel as needed, establishing standardized legal templates, and contributing to risk management processes that support scalable, compliant outbound programs.

Qualifications

Strong foundation in Law and experience handling a broad range of Legal Issues relevant to commercial, technology, and consulting businesses.
Demonstrated expertise in Legal Compliance, including regulatory requirements, data protection, and cross-border commercial activities.
Background in Legal Consulting, advising leadership teams on risk mitigation, contract strategy, and operational decision-making.
Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, NDAs, and service agreements.
Professional legal qualification (e.g., LL.B or equivalent) and bar admission in a relevant jurisdiction; UAE or regional experience is an advantage.
Experience in SaaS, B2B sales, or technology-focused organizations, ideally supporting international operations.
Ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly to non-legal stakeholders and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
High level of integrity, sound judgment, and the capacity to work independently in a part-time, hybrid environment.
