Every day you're speaking to women in their 30s, 40s and 50s who are nervous about a treatment and a bit embarrassed to admit they want it. Your job is to make that conversation feel easy.
The reps who thrive get genuinely interested in the treatments. They can explain what HIFU actually does to the skin, why Morpheus8 has downtime, what results are realistic. Not because we quiz them, but because a lead can hear the difference between someone reading a script and someone who knows what she's talking about.
If you're already into skincare and aesthetics, you'll have a head start and you'll enjoy this far more than a generic sales job.
Our customers are British women. You will be on the phone with them all day.
You need to be clearly and easily understood by a UK ear, first time, without her asking you to repeat yourself. That means clear pronunciation, a steady pace, and a warm, unhurried tone. A South African accent is completely fine. A strong accent a nervous UK customer struggles to follow is not, because she will simply end the call.
This is the most common reason we turn people down, so we screen for it early. Please don't take it personally if it isn't right for us. It's a phone job, and the phone is the whole product.
$5 per hour, plus commission on every appointment you book:
💵 $5 per booking for your first 4 each day
💰 $10 per booking for every single one after that
No cap. The real maths on a 22 day month:
📈 Hitting target at 4 a day: around $1,320
🔥 Strong at 6 a day: around $1,760
🚀 Top performer at 8 a day: around $2,200
The people who take this seriously earn nearly double the people who don't. That gap is entirely in your control.

Not negotiable. UK clinics answer their phones in UK hours, so that's when we call.

✅ Stable internet, 20 Mbps or better. We will ask you to run a live speed test on camera
✅ Sales, call centre or customer service experience is a big plus
❌ You want a quiet remote job where nobody checks on you. We track everything. Your calls, your talk time, your bookings, every day, on a live dashboard. If you have a bad week we'll know before you tell us, and we'll ask you about it
❌ You want to run this alongside another job. This is full time and it's the only thing you do in those hours
❌ You go quiet when it gets hard. Some days the leads don't pick up. You still make the calls
