Step into a specialist role where you'll become a trusted expert in cross-border fund registrations, working at the heart of the global investment fund industry.

As a Client Service Associate at FE fundinfo, you'll be part of the Global Funds Registration (GFR) team - a dedicated service that helps fund managers expand the distribution of their funds worldwide. You'll build deep regulatory and market expertise, serve as a key point of contact for clients navigating complex compliance requirements, and develop meaningful relationships with stakeholders across the industry. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your knowledge in a fast-paced, specialised environment where your contributions genuinely matter.

We're looking for someone to join the team in January 2027.

Your key responsibilities as a Client Service Associate will include:

  • Managing multiple client requests simultaneously from initial proposal through to successful delivery and completion.
  • Supporting the ongoing maintenance of clients' legal offering documents and regulatory requirements in various markets.
  • Raising opportunities and issues to management, alongside well-considered potential solutions.
  • Ensuring internal systems, databases and records are maintained with the latest fund documentation and information.
  • Working collaboratively with the wider team to deliver high-quality service to clients and achieve team targets and KPIs.

You will need the following experience and skills to join us as a Client Service Associate:

  • You are fluent in written and spoken English and confident communicating with stakeholders at all levels.
  • You have strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities to tight deadlines.
  • You are proficient in Microsoft 365 tools including Teams, Excel, and Outlook, with experience in data entry.
  • You bring a client-focused mindset and the ability to build strong, trusted relationships with clients and third parties.
  • You are a curious, enthusiastic learner who is adaptable, keen to develop specialist knowledge quickly, and comfortable working as part of a collaborative team.
  • You have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think laterally when addressing challenges.

FE fundinfo is a leading financial data provider, connecting the investment industry across the UK, Europe, and Asia-Pacific through an integrated platform. Our skilled team empowers clients with data-driven insights, making the industry Navigate Complexity with Confidence!

At FE fundinfo, we believe that great work happens when people feel supported, connected, and inspired. You'll enjoy a hybrid working model that gives you flexibility alongside meaningful in-person collaboration. We invest in your development through ongoing learning opportunities, and our friendly, inclusive team culture means there's always someone to learn from or lend a hand. Regular team events help us stay connected and celebrate what we achieve together.

Benefits:

  • Enjoy 170 CZK food vouchers for every day worked.
  • Access to an Edenred Benefits Card for additional perks.
  • Stay active with a company-paid Multisport card.
  • 5 weeks of annual leave to recharge and relax.
  • 3 sick days to take care of yourself when you need it.
  • Boost your future with additional pension insurance contributions.
  • Participate in team-building activities to strengthen connections.
  • Benefit from an annual health check-up to keep your health in check.
  • Receive pre-paid benefit cards for added convenience.
