Client Service & Project Coordinator (Part-Time) | HCMC, Vietnam

SummitNext is looking for a Client Service & Project Coordinator on behalf of our client, a research company. You'll be their representative on the ground in Ho Chi Minh City, making sure their clients are well looked after and their local projects run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Client Service (main focus)

• Review data reports prepared by the client's analysis team and make sure the findings make sense for the local market
• Question data points that don't seem logical and flag them to the team
• Send and present reports to end clients, in person or online
• Answer client questions about the reports, with support from the client's team when needed
• Pass on client requests for additional reports, then review the new reports before sharing them with the client
• Expect about 3–4 client emails and 1–2 face-to-face meetings a month. The client's team will join any major client meetings.

Project Coordination

• Coordinate with the local data collection agency in HCMC to make sure fieldwork runs as planned
• Check in with the agency daily and visit or meet them about once a week
• Troubleshoot issues on the ground as they come up
• Handle local requests from the client's project lead or the India team

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in client service, account management or a similar client-facing role
• Fluent English and Vietnamese, both written and spoken (essential)
• Based in Ho Chi Minh City, or able to travel to HCMC when needed
• Comfortable presenting reports and handling client questions confidently
• Good eye for detail and the confidence to question data that doesn't look right
• Available to start immediately

Nice to Have

• Client service experience in a market research or FMCG agency
• Project coordination or project management experience (training will be provided)
• Experience with surveys, fieldwork or data analysis

Work Arrangement

• Part-time, about 2–3 hours a day, often less, with flexible hours
• Hybrid: mostly remote, with in-person meetings in HCMC when needed
• Initial 1-month engagement, followed by a review
