We provide structured training and licensing support for qualified candidates. What You'll Do Meet with individuals and families through scheduled virtual appointments. Build trust by understanding each client's financial goals and priorities. Educate clients on financial protection, retirement planning, wealth accumulation, and legacy planning. Present personalized financial strategies based on client needs. Maintain detailed client records while following company and regulatory guidelines. Deliver an outstanding client experience from the initial consultation through ongoing service. Participate in weekly training, coaching sessions, and professional development opportunities. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience. Willingness to obtain required state licensing (training and support provided). Ability to successfully complete a background check.
