Salary Range: USD 1,200-1,500 per month.

About the Role:

Take ownership of high-volume customer and vendor requests by phone and email.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage customer tickets and transactions by phone and email.

• Follow up on billing and invoice inquiries.

• Verify data and resolve open customer or vendor items.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years handling high-volume customer-service requests or transactions.

• Microsoft Office proficiency, especially Excel.

• High-school diploma.

• Advanced English and experience supporting customers by both phone and email.

• Billing, invoicing, vendor communication or account-management experience.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Bachelor's degree.
