As a Client Services Executive, you’ll play a key role in supporting our Legal Advisors working within our respected Childcare Team. You’ll provide vital administrative and client-focused support to help the team deliver an excellent service.
The role will primarily be to support fee earners in the Child Care team but there is opportunity to work across the rest of the private client teams which include family, personal planning and management, mental health and Court of Protection.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing BigHand dictations and tasks, including file notes, correspondence, instructions to counsel, witness statements and court documents.
  • Providing email management support for allocated legal advisors.
  • Handling incoming calls and new client enquiries, together with associated administration.
  • Maintaining physical and electronic files, including document management through iManage.
  • Processing disbursement payments and maintaining accurate financial records.
  • Arranging conferences and preparing hearing, trial and conference bundles.
  • Supporting the medical records process and maintaining key dates and diary management.
  • Drafting routine correspondence and legal documents.
  • Managing CE-File processes, including High Court issue and document uploads.
  • Supporting post management, file closure and archiving processes.
  • Assisting with compliance requirements, including Thirdfort ID checks, compliance records and documentation in line with Lexcel standards.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

This role involves working with highly sensitive and confidential information relating to vulnerable individuals. The successful candidate will demonstrate discretion, professionalism and a strong commitment to maintaining confidentiality. Ideally, you will also possess the following skills:
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Excellent typing speed and accuracy
  • Ability to manage a busy workload effectively
  • Strong communication and client care skills
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach
