About Atrium

Founded in 1995, Atrium is a WBENC‑certified leader in Extended Workforce Management and Talent Solutions, blending technology and human expertise to help leading brands reimagine how work gets done. Atrium delivers its market-leading solutions through four divisions: Talent Solutions, AtriumWORKS™, HR Advisory Services, and Atrium Innovation Research™ (AIR). All offerings integrate seamlessly to create flexible programs built for the evolving world of work.

Overview

Atrium is seeking a Client Services Manager to provide hands-on coverage across our Managed Service Provider (MSP), Employer of Record (EOR), and Agent of Record (AOR) programs. This is a dynamic, manager-level role that deploys to client programs during leaves of absence, PTO, unfilled vacancies, new implementations, and periods of rapid growth, so every client continues to receive the standard of service Atrium is known for.

Unlike a dedicated Program Manager, you will support different clients and projects as business needs shift, and may also cover Statement of Work (SOW) and Direct Sourcing programs. You will learn each program's SOPs, VMS technology, client contacts, and service levels quickly, build credibility fast, and make an immediate impact on the account team.

Responsibilities

  • Deploy to assigned client programs, at times on short notice, to provide uninterrupted coverage and quickly gain proficiency in each program's VMS and reporting tools (e.g., SAP Fieldglass, Beeline, VNDLY)
  • Manage the MSP requisition lifecycle, from intake and supplier coordination through submittal review, interviews, and onboarding, while monitoring time to fill and SLA performance
  • Guide EOR/AOR daily operations, including worker onboarding, compliance with classification and tax requirements, and partnership with Payroll and Finance on pay and billing accuracy
  • Serve as the client's primary liaison and point of escalation, resolving client, supplier, and worker issues with sound judgment
  • Prepare client reporting and support Quarterly Business Reviews with the Atrium Data & Analytics Team
  • Review and improve SOP documentation, and write clear handoff notes at the start and end of every assignment
  • Support new program implementations and train team members on Atrium's tools, processes, and client-specific requirements
  • Provide day-to-day direction to program team members during coverage assignments (no permanent direct reports)

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in MSP or contingent workforce program management, MSP desk operations, EOR/AOR, or workforce solutions, including at least 2 years in a manager-level role (Program Manager, Account Manager, Client Services Manager, or equivalent)
  • Hands-on working knowledge of at least one major VMS platform (e.g., SAP Fieldglass, Beeline, VNDLY) with a demonstrated ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Working knowledge of contingent workforce compliance, including co-employment risk, worker classification, and onboarding requirements
  • Strong understanding of supplier management, requisition management, invoicing, reporting, and program governance
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to quickly build trust with client stakeholders, including first-time introductions
  • Full flexibility to work onsite, hybrid, or remote depending on the assignment, and willingness to travel, sometimes with limited lead time

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to sit for extended periods of time
  • Ability to work remotely, hybrid preferred in our Holmdel, NJ office, or onsite at client locations as each assignment requires, with travel of up to 50% for onsite coverage and reliable transportation

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience

Benefits

Atrium offers a comprehensive Atrium Care Package, available upon eligibility, including:

  • 20 days of Paid Time Off (PTO)
  • 11 paid holidays
  • Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance
  • Health Savings Account (HSA) & Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA)
  • Pet Insurance
  • Legal Benefits
  • 401(k) Program with employer match
