Full Posting Details Hybrid: Company Office AND home office: Client Services Representative Job Description Assign the best candidates for open positions Be prepared with a pipeline of candidates for typical assignment to fill open positions quickly Develop professional relationships with decision makers and supervisors Use positive, professional disposition to help improve relationships Prepare orientation materials to address details of assignment Use testing and reference checking to help improve assignment success rate and keep turnover to a min Maintain employee relationship to help extend assignments and gain personal referrals Handle any questions or issues quickly and professionally Encourage referrals from assigned candidates (friends and family members) Get helpful details of candidates with experience at targeted prospects Build a Contact list to help identify influential people working at similar locations in the area Continue employee relationships and networking tactics to help improve recruiting sources Requirements Associates Degree in Business or two years experience in recruiting and staffing Familiarity with Personal Computer software, including Microsoft Word and Excel Recruiting, Marketing or Sales experience required Benefits Part time hours; Full time potential Bonus program based upon performance Hybrid work from home and part time office schedule Minimum Qualifications and Education Requirements Associate in Business or Bachelor's Degree
