Role Description The Client Services Representative is a full-time hybrid role based in Lahore, with the option for some work from home. This role is responsible for serving as a primary point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries, and ensuring timely resolution of issues related to projects. Day-to-day tasks include managing client communications, coordinating with internal project and finance teams, preparing and updating client reports, and tracking service requests. The Client Services Representative will monitor client satisfaction, follow up on feedback, and support the development of service improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and the ability to present information to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Candidates should possess skills in Customer Satisfaction, including handling feedback, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive client experience.
• A bachelor’s degree in business, management, communications, or a related field is preferred, along with prior experience in client-facing or support roles; experience in engineering or construction industries is an advantage.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment in Lahore, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and uphold the company’s safety and compliance standards.
