MISSIONS
As a Client Solutions Executive, you will be responsible for developing HOPSCOTCH Groupe’s business and presence in the Korean market by identifying new business opportunities, strengthening relationships with the Group’s existing clients based locally, and winning new strategic accounts, both international and local. You will also identify and develop opportunities to address brands’ communication, event, and marketing needs, in coordination with the Group’s Business Development teams and local teams.
Key Responsibilities :
Strategic Business Development
- Develop and implement the business development plan for the Korean market in line with the Group’s overall strategy;
- Define priority targets, including sectors and accounts, based on local expertise and Group priorities;
- Drive revenue growth across the Group’s existing client portfolio;
- Identify and win new strategic clients, including international key accounts and local companies and organizations;
- Adapt the Group’s offering to the specific needs and characteristics of the local market.
Client Prospecting and Acquisition
- Implement a multi-channel prospecting strategy adapted to the Korean market;
- Build and develop a network of local partners and key business contacts;
- Use both traditional prospecting methods, such as phone calls, trade shows, and business meetings, as well as digital approaches such as social selling;
- Qualify business opportunities, identify the challenges and needs of prospects and clients, and develop tailored proposals in collaboration with Group teams;
- Negotiate and finalize commercial contracts within the scope of delegated authority.
Representation and Market Visibility
- Represent HOPSCOTCH Groupe in the Korean market and increase its local visibility and awareness;
- Organize and host events to increase the Group’s visibility, such as client breakfasts, webinars, and conferences;
- Ensure the Group’s presence at key commercial events in the market, including trade shows, networking events, and industry awards;
- Work with the Group’s Marketing and Communications team to adapt sales and marketing materials to the local market;
- Develop and maintain a strong local network of key stakeholders;
- Lead client and prospect meetings and presentations, leveraging the Group’s expertise and experience.
Market Intelligence and Business Insights
- Monitor the competitive landscape and key industry developments in the Korean market;
- Identify market trends, opportunities, and potential threats;
- Share market insights with the international management team and Group teams;
- Contribute to the development and evolution of the Group’s offering based on identified market needs.
Reporting, Coordination and Cross-functional Collaboration
- Maintain and update the Group’s CRM (Pipedrive) on a daily basis;
- Provide structured reports to the international management team twice a month;
- Participate in cross-functional sales meetings and represent the Korean market internally;
- Work closely with the Group Business Development teams to maximize synergies across international client accounts;
- Coordinate with local and international Account Directors on account management and follow-up.
PROFILE
- Proven experience in business development and/or account management;
- Demonstrated track record of winning new accounts and generating business growth;
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship-building skills;
- Ability to develop commercial proposals and deliver presentations to clients and prospects;
- Strong project management skills and ability to coordinate with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders;
- Fluency in Korean and strong knowledge of the Korean market;
- Professional proficiency in English is essential.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a communications, marketing, public relations, events, or advertising agency;
- Experience in marketing consulting or strategic advisory;
- Knowledge of procurement processes for services and projects within large organizations, including private companies and institutions;
- Strong professional network in the Group’s priority sectors, such as F&B, tourism, luxury, etc.;
- Experience working in an international and multicultural environment or within an international company;
- Knowledge of French is a plus.
CONDITIONS
- Location: Seoul (Gangnam)
- Remote work: Up to 2 days per week, depending on team organization.
