LRDG Language Research Development Group is a leading Canadian language learning platform, based in Montreal, offering a unique blend of tutoring expertise and online community support, for proven, fast results. As a Client Success Agent, you will support the smooth delivery of language training and evaluation services by coordinating administrative and operational activities throughout the learner journey. You will provide support to learners, tutors, evaluators, and client contacts to help ensure training and evaluations are delivered efficiently and according to established procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

Training & Evaluation Coordination

  • Coordinate administrative and logistical activities related to language training and evaluations, including onboarding, scheduling, bookings, assignments, changes, follow-ups, and other training milestones.
  • Coordinate communications and required information to ensure learners and other stakeholders are prepared throughout the training journey.
  • Stakeholder Support

    • Provide administrative and operational support to learners, tutors, evaluators, and client contacts.
    • Respond to operational, scheduling, platform, and process-related questions, resolving issues when possible and escalating specialized issues to the appropriate team.
    • Training Monitoring & Administration

      • Monitor relevant training activities and requirements, follow up when action is needed, and help minimize disruptions to training.
      • Maintain accurate learner, training, and evaluation information across applicable systems and tools.
      • Operational Improvement

        • Follow established procedures and service standards while identifying opportunities to improve workflows and the stakeholder experience.
        • Collaborate with other teams to resolve issues and support the effective delivery of training and evaluation services.
        • Perform other related operational and administrative duties as required.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • College diploma, DEC/DEP, or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is an asset.
  • At least one year of experience in an administrative, operations, customer service, educational, or related role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and French.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow-ups in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable working with Microsoft Office and digital platforms, with the ability to quickly learn new systems and tools.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders and escalate issues appropriately.

    Weekly working hours: 35 hours/week

    Hourly rate: $23-$26 per hour
