Job Title: Client Success Agent

Monthly Pay: $3,533 - $4,962 USD per month

Summary:

Every resolved question helps a client use a service confidently and understand the next step. As a Client Success Agent, you answer questions, guide clients through routine service tasks, and keep requests moving toward resolution. You join the client success team, work under a customer service team lead, and collaborate with the support team and account contacts to provide consistent answers. This fully remote position lets you work from home in Indiana, United States, supporting clients through established digital channels. The role requires a 40-hour weekly commitment. Working days and shift times may vary.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Review incoming client emails and service tickets in a support platform such as Zendesk, identifying the question, urgency, and next action.
  • Check account details and previous interactions in a CRM such as Salesforce before responding, using established verification steps to confirm the appropriate contact.
  • Answer routine questions about service features, account access, and available resources using approved product or service information rather than assumptions.
  • Guide new clients through standard onboarding steps, explain how to find service resources, and confirm that they understand what to do next.
  • Enter clear interaction notes, request categories, actions taken, and outstanding questions so teammates can continue support without asking clients to repeat themselves.
  • Handle permitted account updates after verification, check that changes appear correctly, and explain the completed action to the client in plain language.
  • Follow up on unresolved requests when promised, seek missing information, and share progress even when another team is still investigating the issue.
  • Escalate unusual requests, repeated difficulties, or service interruptions to the customer service team lead or designated support contact with relevant context.
  • Confirm the answer addresses the original question, explain any remaining steps, and close the ticket only when established completion criteria are met.
  • Meet quality expectations through accurate answers, timely turnaround, complete notes, and dependable follow-up; use feedback to improve subsequent client interactions.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • No experience required; related experience in client support, account assistance, or a service desk environment is preferred.
  • Basic understanding of client success, including helping clients get started, answering service questions, and maintaining continuity across interactions.
  • Willingness to learn a CRM such as Salesforce and a support platform such as Zendesk for account lookups, ticket updates, and follow-up tracking.
  • Clear written communication and a patient, professional approach when explaining unfamiliar steps or responding to clients who need additional clarification.
  • Ability to compare account information, notice missing details, and create concise notes that accurately reflect the request and action taken.
  • Sound judgment about when to use approved guidance, ask a clarifying question, or seek help from the customer service team lead.
  • A reliable computer, high-speed internet, and a quiet private workspace; availability for the 40-hour weekly commitment and agreed working days and shift times.
  • Authorization to work in the United States.

Perks & Benefits:

  • Fully remote work from home within Indiana, with daily responsibilities completed through digital client support channels.
  • Structured onboarding and training on a CRM such as Salesforce and a support platform such as Zendesk.
  • Regular check-ins with the customer service team lead to review questions, discuss feedback, and reinforce service procedures.
  • Opportunities to build client communication, onboarding support, account navigation, and service request coordination skills through practical daily work.
  • Health coverage, paid leave, a 401(k), maternity leave, and bonus opportunities.
