- Serve as the product expert for your partner base, driving adoption of our products and services in collaboration with partners.
- Partner with the Partnerships lead to build and maintain centralized views of account-level information, such as licensed products, renewal dates, and current spend.
- Monitor usage data to support partner-led adoption efforts and ensure usage aligns with contracted terms.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of partner accounts, contacts, and interactions
- Serve as the product expert for services within your client base.
- Assist with inbound product-, research-, and issue-related questions from partners.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- 1-2 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a partner-facing customer role.
- Previous experience in financial services, financial data, or a research environment is highly preferred.

- Collaborative work ethic and a goal-driven approach.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Strong relationship management skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term business relationships.
- Ownership and accountability, with the ability to work independently and follow through on commitments.
- A customer-centric mindset with a passion for helping clients succeed.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple client requests.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing client challenges.
