Make your mark at one of the biggest names in payments. We’re looking for a Client Success Manager to join our ever-evolving Enterprise Operations team and help us unleash the potential of every business.

What you’ll own

• Ensure a positive and consistent relationship for an assigned portfolio of large enterprise clients.
• Serve as primary point of contact to support problem resolution and ensure client retention.
• Develop strong working relationships with assigned clients and Worldpay resources.
• Collaborate effectively with your team and internal stakeholders, improving and challenging existing internal processes for the benefit of the customer.
• Identify opportunities to grow our clients’ share of wallet through cross-sell of value-added services.
• Coordinate with clients, relationship managers and other appropriate areas to ensure clients are properly serviced and all operational arrangements are in place to service assigned accounts.
• Other related duties assigned as needed.

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor’s degree and 3-4 years of client support working experience.
• The ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships, both internally as well as externally
• Organizational and time management skills
• Broad knowledge of Worldpay products and related services
• A strong aptitude to analyze and solve problems
• Prior banking or finance related experiences a plus.
