Client Success & Operations Manager | B2B Lead Generation

Compensation: $3,500–$4,000 USD per month, depending on experience

Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, US Eastern business hours

Zotex Media helps commercial cleaning companies across the US and Canada get new business through cold email and outbound calling.

We’re hiring someone extroverted, great with clients, comfortable with pressure, and who knows how to turn feedback into better results.

You’ll manage client relationships, work closely with the founder, and help improve how we deliver leads. You’ll have room to make decisions, test ideas, and see the impact of your work.

The day-to-day

* Handle client calls and emails regarding campaign updates and questions.

* Dig into campaign results and client feedback to find opportunities to improve.

* Review leads and conversations when something needs a closer look.

* Work with campaign staff to improve targeting, qualification, and lead handoffs.

* Help clients follow up effectively and get more walkthroughs booked.

* Resolve concerns fairly and keep clients in the loop.

* Track what’s working and follow through on changes.

You’ll fit well here if…

You’ve worked in lead generation, appointment setting, agency account management, or outbound operations. You understand what happens between generating a lead and turning it into a real sales opportunity.

You’re comfortable talking with type-A business owners, especially when the conversation gets difficult. You can listen, ask good questions, and explain things clearly.

You're a self-starter who doesn't require external motivation to complete tasks effectively.

And you follow through. Clients shouldn’t have to chase you for an update.

What you’ll need

* Relevant experience managing client accounts and improving campaign performance or service delivery.

* Excellent spoken and written English.

* Experience working directly with US or Canadian business clients.

* Confidence with spreadsheets, CRM systems, and performance reports.

* Good judgment and the ability to manage competing priorities.

* Availability during US Eastern business hours.

Commercial cleaning experience is a bonus. We can teach you the industry.
