Overview
We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Lead Generation Specialist. Our client is a leading provider of cost segregation studies and real estate tax strategies, helping property owners across the United States accelerate depreciation and unlock significant tax savings. This is a fully remote, outbound-focused role centered on identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospects before handing them off to senior sales staff.
You will be responsible for managing a high-volume outbound call function, maintaining accurate CRM records, and setting qualified appointments for Account Managers. This role suits someone who is disciplined, well-spoken, and motivated by measurable results, and who can commit to working hours aligned with US Eastern Standard Time (EST).
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct 80–100 outbound calls per day to engage and qualify prospects using approved scripts and messaging frameworks
- Qualify leads based on established criteria, identifying buying signals, interest levels, and objections, and set qualified appointments for Account Managers
- Manage assigned leads, follow-up tasks, and pipeline activity within HubSpot, ensuring all records are accurate and up to date
- Review available prospect information and CRM history prior to each call to ensure outreach is relevant, contextual, and personalized
- Log call notes, tag interactions, and disposition leads correctly across HubSpot and Ringover in a timely manner
- Brief Account Managers ahead of scheduled appointments with relevant prospect context, objections, and buying signals to maximize conversion opportunities
- Share outreach insights, prospect feedback, and recurring objections with the broader sales team to support continuous improvement
Requirements
- Matric (Grade 12) as a minimum; a National Diploma or relevant NQF Level 6 qualification in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field is advantageous
- 1–2 years of experience in outbound B2B lead generation, cold calling, or appointment setting
- Strong written and spoken English, with a clear, professional, and neutral to North American accent preferred given the nature of client-facing calls
- Proficiency with CRM tools, preferably HubSpot, and comfort working within structured sales processes and SOPs
- Reliable fiber internet connection with a minimum of 100 Mbps upload and download speeds, with an Ethernet connection preferred
- A professional, distraction-free home workspace with adequate lighting, a 1080p camera, and a quality headset and microphone
Preferred Experience
- Prior experience in financial services, real estate, or tax-related outbound sales environments
- Familiarity with Ringover or similar VoIP calling platforms
- Demonstrated ability to work in metric-driven environments and consistently meet or exceed daily and monthly activity targets
- Experience preparing for and handing off qualified appointments within a structured sales cycle
