Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly. Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction with services provided. Guide clients through the onboarding process and provide training on our security solutions. Gather client feedback and work collaboratively with teams to implement enhancements. Monitor client interactions and provide insights for continuous improvement. Assist in the development of client success strategies to enhance retention. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues efficiently. Facilitate regular check-ins and client reviews to maintain engagement. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a relevant field is a plus. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong interpersonal skills, with a focus on client relationships. Basic knowledge of security principles and the investigative process is a plus. Ability to work independently in a remote environment. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
