You will translate complex client operational needs into precise system specifications and platform configurations. Operating as frontline support, you will triage requests, troubleshoot technical issues, and deliver prompt resolutions to meet implementation timelines and internal SLAs. If you have an analytical mindset, a passion for problem-solving, and a client-centric focus, this role offers an impactful entry point into healthcare technology operations.

- System Configurator: Meticulously gathers requirements, configures platforms, and tests survey products to ensure accurate data ingress and reporting.
- Clear Communicator: Explains complex technical topics, configuration workflows, and platform capabilities clearly to clients and internal teams.
- Client-Centric Prioritizer: Manages competing timelines, target project dates, and service level agreements with high attention to detail.
- Proactive Triage & Escalation: Serves as first-level support to troubleshoot issues quickly, escalating complex cases to subject matter experts or management as needed.
How You’ll Grow
- Build foundational mastery of healthcare software applications, data ingress pipelines, and survey distribution architectures.
- Develop best-practice consulting skills by advising healthcare organizations on workflow design and application configuration.
- Gain valuable cross-functional exposure collaborating with Client Support Leaders, Managers, and technical teams.
- Establish a strong trajectory toward senior analyst, implementation lead, or account management roles.
Things You’ll Do
- Configure & Test Applications: Utilize platform tools to configure, test, and validate all patient experience products according to client specs.
- Gather Client Requirements: Facilitate discussions with business owners to translate operational needs into clear system specifications.
- Provide Frontline Support: Triage incoming client requests, troubleshoot data/survey issues, and coordinate prompt issue resolution.
- Advise on Best Practices: Recommend optimal workflow designs and application settings aligned with healthcare industry best practices.
- Manage Timelines & Deliverables: Prioritize daily workloads to consistently meet client project go-live dates and internal SLAs.
What We’re Looking For On Your Resume
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in information technology, healthcare, client-facing project management, or operations.
- Prior experience working within or directly supporting healthcare systems.
