Clienteling Product Management Intern

YOUR MISSION:
Support the Clienteling Senior Product Owner in collecting Maison requirements, shaping the product roadmap, and driving continuous product enhancements and innovation.​

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

• Consolidate and analyse Maison requests for clienteling product evolutions.​
• Support prioritisation ceremonies and roadmap preparation with business and technical teams.​
• Coordinate feature design, development monitoring, delivery checks and bug resolution.​
• Maintain clear end-user documentation and support adoption with the Change & Adoption team.​
• Promote consistent user journeys, naming, translations and best practices.​

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

• Bachelor student or recent graduate in Business Administration, Communications, Psychology or a related field.​
• Initial experience in CRM, clienteling, client activation, retail or product management is a plus.​
• Agile, organised and collaborative, with strong project coordination skills.​
• Fluent in English and French. Comfortable with Microsoft 365, Salesforce and JIRA/Confluence-type tools.​
• School/university internship agreement required; available for 6 months from January 2027.​
