We are rapidly expanding and committed to improving access to quality mental health services across the U.S. Job Overview We are looking for a Clinic Outreach Specialist to join our team. This is a true cold-outreach role: you will be calling clinics across the U.S. (primarily Texas, North Carolina, and Georgia) that have not previously interacted with LunaJoy, introducing our services. Your goal is to generate interest, build initial relationships with front-desk and clinic staff, and open the door for our clinical and account teams to follow up. This role requires strong communication skills, resilience, and the ability to handle a high volume of calls and rejection while remaining positive and proactive. Key Responsibilities: Conduct sustained, high-volume outbound calling to introduce LunaJoy to new clinics across the US. Clearly and effectively introduce LunaJoy's services to clinic staff, building initial rapport and interest. Follow approved call scripts precisely; as a healthcare organization, no improvisation on clinical claims or services is permitted. Log accurate records of every call, including outcomes and next steps, in our CRM. Follow up on prior outreach as needed to keep momentum with clinics that show interest. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly outreach targets for calls made and qualified conversations generated. Work collaboratively with the sales team to refine scripts and outreach strategy based on real call outcomes. Participate in call quality/QA reviews as part of ongoing coaching and script compliance. Qualifications: Proven experience as an outbound dialer/cold caller, ideally in a call center or BPO environment, with the ability to speak to real metrics (dials per day, conversion rate). Clear, easily understood spoken English suitable for phone conversations with U.S.-based clinic staff, C1/C2 level. Comfortable with high call volume and consistent rejection throughout the day; this is sustained outbound dialing, not occasional warm outreach. Strong ability to follow a script precisely and consistently, given the healthcare context of this role. Experience using CRM tools to log and track outreach activity. Ability to work effectively in a remote setting with minimal supervision. Nice to Haves: Experience in healthcare, mental health, or telehealth outreach. Familiarity with CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or GoHighLevel. Prior experience in a role where calls were recorded and reviewed for QA.
