Job Description We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Lead to support a large-scale enterprise infrastructure and data centre migration initiative. The successful candidate will lead the planning, coordination, and execution of application migration activities while ensuring the successful transition of mission-critical enterprise systems with minimal operational disruption. The Technical Project Lead will collaborate with business stakeholders, application owners, infrastructure, network, security, and vendor teams to drive migration readiness, application assessments, dependency analysis, testing coordination, cutover planning, risk management, and post-migration stabilization. This role requires strong technical project leadership, stakeholder management, and the ability to coordinate multiple concurrent workstreams in a complex enterprise environment. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience delivering infrastructure transformation, application migration, or data centre migration projects within large organizations. A solid understanding of enterprise architecture, hosting environments, infrastructure dependencies, cloud technologies, and operational support models is essential. Experience producing migration plans, readiness assessments, dependency maps, testing strategies, implementation plans, and risk registers is highly valued. Key responsibilities include leading migration planning and execution, facilitating discovery workshops, coordinating cross-functional technical teams, managing project risks and issues, overseeing testing and cutover activities, supporting transition-to-operations, and developing technical documentation. The successful candidate will also contribute to knowledge sharing by delivering technical presentations and creating reusable documentation to strengthen internal team capabilities. The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication, facilitation, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and build consensus across technical and business stakeholders. Experience with Microsoft Azure, hybrid cloud environments, infrastructure modernization, healthcare systems, or other highly regulated industries is considered a strong asset. Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, CBAP, CCBA, or PMI-PBA are also desirable. Requirements 7-10+ years of experience leading or supporting complex technical projects within large enterprise environments Demonstrated experience planning and coordinating infrastructure, data centre, application migration or technology transformation initiatives Proven experience managing application portfolios through major infrastructure changes, including migration planning, dependency management, testing coordination, cutover planning, and operational readiness activities Strong understanding of enterprise architectures, integrations, hosting environments, infrastructure dependencies, and operational support models Proven ability to identify, assess, and mitigate technical and operational risks associated with infrastructure and application migration initiatives Experience working with cross-functional teams spanning business and technical domains Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable information for both technical and non-technical audiences Experience developing project artifacts such as migration plans, dependency maps, readiness assessments, testing strategies, risk registers, and implementation plans Experience leading or supporting large-scale data centre migrations, infrastructure modernization programs, or cloud transformation initiatives Experience with Microsoft Azure, hybrid hosting environments, or enterprise cloud migration strategies Experience conducting application inventory, assessment, and rationalization activities Experience within a healthcare or other highly regulated environment supporting mission-critical applications Business Analysis certification (CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA) and/or project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile certifications) considered an asset Strong planning, coordination, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent migration activities and priorities Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and risk management capabilities Ability to navigate complex technical and operational environments and build consensus among diverse stakeholder groups Proactive, detail-oriented, and delivery-focused with a strong commitment to ensuring successful project outcomes Comfortable working in ambiguous and evolving environments while maintaining focus on timelines, dependencies, and critical deliverables
