Client Relationship Leadership: Serving as the main point of contact for assigned brands, leading strategic discussions, managing project scope, and providing clear recommendations. Project Delivery: Owning end-to-end project delivery, coordinating internal teams and external partners, and ensuring quality, timelines, and smooth overall execution. Performance Monitoring: Tracking performance KPIs, reporting actionable insights, and ensuring strict accountability across all project contributors. Client Guidance: Utilizing industry expertise to guide clients with well-founded recommendations and assisting them in implementing the most effective strategies to reach their goals. Metrics for Success Establishing clear, actionable marketing plans for all assigned brands. Demonstrating confident, structured client leadership and clear decision-making.
